The Cork Region has 20 shops throughout the city and county. The primary purpose of our charity shops is to provide high quality goods at minimal cost for local communities. It is our mission to provide a service for people. That is what makes the SVP different. The money raised is used to assist people in need.
Generous donors are a critical part of making the shops successful. Full time professional supervisors manage our shops, with our volunteers, to provide people with a satisfying way to make a contribution to their community.

GREEN YOUR GOODS
St. Vincent de Paul Fundraisers have a new Fundraising Tool! Cork based company GreenYourGoods.ie have set up a new initiative to help raise funds for the SVP in Cork by accepting old mobile phones, games consoles, iPods & more. Collection boxes can now be located in any of the SVP shops in Cork County so let your friends and family know they can donate their old phones and iPods and we will get the value for them!
Fundraisers can also set up their own page for free on the GreenYourGoods.ie which can accept freepodst donations of old gadgets from all over the country, and GreenYourGoods will pay for postage/pickup & convert them into funds for us.
Check out the link below and then click 'Start Fundraiser' to set up your Fundraiser page and raise eco-friendly money for St.Vincent de Paul, or just Donate directly at 'Want to Donate'!

HOW TO DONATE

- Click the 'Donate Now' button to get prices and instructions on how to freepost your gadgets to GreenYourGoods.
- Pack item(s) into an envelope and use our Freepost address on the 2nd page of your packing slip (you get it at checkout and its emailed to you)
- Send it!
GreenYourGoods receive and test the item and credit us with its value in around 2 weeks. Apparently the average 2-3 year old phone is worth around €30 and games consoles and cameras are worth more, so its starting a page or holding a collection!
