On Sunday 4th December last, the Dublin Region’s North County area celebrated its annual Mass for Members. Held at Emmaus Retreat and Conference Centre, the event was attended by over 70. Fr Robert McCabe, Gormanstown Chaplain, celebrated.
Special mention must go to 4 long serving SVP members, Shirley Bates, Bernie Campbell, John Campbell and Eoin Collum who received 25 year service medals on the day. Dublin Region President, Rose McGowan and North County Area President, Mary Ita Niall presented.
Sincere thanks to harpist Claire O’Connor and Rush Folk Group for superb music and all who attended for making the day a truly Vincentian event.
