Partnering with SVP gives your company and employees the chance to make a visible difference in the communities in which they work. There are plenty of ways that your company can get involved with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul – some of which are included below. The Society welcomes the opportunity to partner with businesses who share our vision for a more just and caring society in Ireland. Make a Corporate Donation
A direct financial contribution by way of a corporate gift is one way of giving to the Society and helping to make a difference to disadvantaged communities in your area. You can make a donation now online or contact us to find out more about how and where you would like your donation to make a difference. Set up Payroll giving at your company
Your employees can give to SVP directly from their weekly or monthly salary through payroll giving. This is one of the easiest ways to donate and the lack of administration costs to the Society means that 100% of the employee’s gift is spent on the people who need it most.
This type of giving can go even further if €250 or more is donated in one year as these gifts are eligible for tax relief – that’s just €4.85 per week or €21 per month to SVP.

Organise a Staff Fundraising Event
Staff fundraising events are a great way to raise funds for your favourite charity while having fun as a team and building relationships. Events can be anything from a coffee morning to a sponsored cycle across country – and all for a very worthy cause. Register your event on our new fundraising pages and collect donations that will go directly to those who need it most. SVP will help you in any way we can with materials, advice and support. Make us your Charity of the Year
If you would like to support the work of SVP why not nominate us as your Charity of the Year? By choosing SVP as your Charity of the Year, your organisation can raise funds for a much needed cause, as well as highlighting your commitment to corporate social responsibility. .
Nominating SVP as your Charity of the Year will allow you the opportunity to get involved with our 1200 conferences and 9,500 volunteers across the country, as well as our many projects and services. It will also allow you to engage your staff in charity fundraising activities within the communities in which they work.
