Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul

If you wish to volunteer with a Conference (a local group) or with one of our specialist services (e.g. hospital visiting, shops etc.) please note the following:

In order to apply to join the St Vincent de Paul Society you need to complete the following:

Before posting your forms please review the checklist to ensure all the necessary documentation is included.

When completing any of the above documentation please carefully follow the illustrated Sample Forms
Please place all 3 items in an envelope and return back to our office at Unit 4, Swans on the Green, The Fairgreen, Naas, Co.Kildare. Please do not go to a garda station with the garda vetting form.

On receipt of your application you will then be invited to Volunteer Induction Training where you will receive information about the origins, mission and goals of the Society and details about the areas of work we perform along with important information about our policies and procedures which will prepare you for your work.

Once you have completed your Induction Training you will be placed with one of our groups to begin Volunteer work

The safety and welfare of children and vulnerable adults is a priority for the Society, therefore we require all applicants to go through our application process.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us on 045-888925 or email us on info@svpsouthmidlands.com
