SVP Clarendon St Christmas Appeal 2023

The summary

Today in the flats and hostels between Grafton St., Cuffe St and Aungier St which we look after, for too many people, it can still just take one small problem to tip someone into crisis and poverty. It can be an unexpected illness or unexpected bills. But we know that a little help at the right time can stop a domino effect leading to a family experiencing prolonged hardship.

We also know that education is the surest way out of poverty, with access to employment and a career. We cover the costs which fall outside of State support, helping, in particular young people to get the qualifications they need.
