    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Intern to join our HR team in National Office. The post holder will work with an experienced HR team to provide administration support for project work, in particular phase 2 of SVP’s HR system implementation, phase 2 of SVP’s Compensation and Benefits Policy and Gender Pay Gap reporting process. There will also be a requirement to support day-to-day operations such as recruitment and an opportunity to increase understanding of general HR operations
    The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, have experience with data gathering and organising and have excellent interpersonal skills.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources and seeking an internship for at least 12 months field.

    • Experience in data gathering and organising.

    • Experience of working in a collaborative environment and of administration would be desirable.

    • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to working.

    • Microsoft application skills, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, ensuring data is correct, pivot tables) Word and Outlook.

    • Ability to present data to enable decisions.

    • Excellent organisation and administration skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, by phone, other online communications and email.

    • Ability to work within a team and high level of personal initiative and result orientated working.
