    The prime purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the St. Brocs 49-unit social housing scheme in Milltown Dublin 6.

    The ideal candidates will possess the following:

    • Best practices in Social Care
    • Knowledge of social Housing management practice and administration (desirable)
    • Knowledge of housing legislation as it relates to the Social Housing Sector (desirable)
    • Knowledge of housing Law/tenancy agreements (desirable)
    • Job Holder should be educated to at least diploma level in a social care/ social housing management or a related discipline or relevant experience
    • Experience in the community, voluntary sector, voluntary agencies, housing or social care environment
    • Experience of working with a wide range of people who are: vulnerable, homeless, elderly, low income households
    • Desirable experience of core housing management tasks (housing allocations, resident’s associations, rent collection, liaise with contractors, tenancy management)
    • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Good written communication skills
    • Strong office administration and organisational skills
    • Software experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
