    The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality HR service to the Members, Managers, Employees and Potential Employees of National Office, Shared Services, Regional Offices and Specialist Services.

    The successful candidate should possess the following:

    • Educated to degree level in HR or a related area.
    • CIPD/ HR qualification an advantage.
    • CIPD Membership an advantage.
    • Knowledge in HR best practice.
    • Knowledge of recruitment practices.
    • Good working knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland is desirable.
    • At least three years of HR experience as a HR Administrator or preferably previous experience in a similar role.
    • Experience of working in a HR department with exposure to HR matters.
    • Proven experience of the recruitment cycle with high volume recruitment.
    • Experience of working in HR in the not-for-profit sector a distinct advantage.
    • Experience of working in a role with multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
    • Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders and providing excellent customer service to them.
    • An ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent command of the English language – spelling, grammar with attention to detail.
    • Confident and proficient user of MS Office, excels, databases, strong IT literacy.
    • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
