    As Information Support Officer you will join a team of other Information Officers in Regional Office to support the Society’s core work of home visitation. Dealing with telephone calls for assistance from members of the public in a timely manner, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing referral information to our network of approximately 175 local Conferences (groups) across Northern Ireland.

    The successful applicant will possess the following:

    • Have experience of working within a busy information/office environment;
    • Have experience of working with a CRM database;
    • Have both written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Have ability to work well under pressure and be resilient;
    • Have ability to display empathy, patience and maintain confidentiality;
    • Be respectful;
    • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
