    The successful candidate will act as an educator in our early years setting and will implement and support all aspects of our childcare pre-school programme in our classroom supporting the children’s development socially, emotionally and intellectually.  
    Applicants should possess the following:

    • A minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant equivalent qualification.
    • A comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles in early years education
    • Experience of working with this age group in a similar setting is an advantage
    • Experience of working in the community or voluntary sector is an advantage
    • Experience of working with volunteers and students is an advantage
    • Candidates must also have lots of initiative, enthusiasm and an interest in supporting and empowering young children and their families.
    • Being able to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and listening skills
    • Good ability to work on his/her own initiative
    This position is Part-time (45 weeks/25hrs per week), €15,165 per annum & Permanent.
