These terms and conditions are to insure all our guests enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Booking with us means full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Clare Lodge has 18 un-suite rooms available with a range of facilities to make your stay comfortable. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities television and free internet access for your convenience. Telephone, hairdryer and ironing facilities are also accessible - just ask!
We are Open all year round.
Our High Season is From 1st April – 30th September (inc) and all School and Bank holidays
Our Low Season is from 1st October – 31st March (inc)

Cancellations must confirmed in writing.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking we will attempt to offer you equivalent accommodation. If suitable accommodation is not available then we will refund all monies already paid by you and confirm that you will not be liable for any further payments to us.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available to check in at 3pm. Guests who have booked full board will receive an evening meal on the day of arrival. You are required to leave by 11am on the day of departure.
To ensure quick and easy check in, conferences and guests are asked to complete a booking form prior to arrival. Please note if you have any special requirements you must inform us at the time of booking. Only the guests named on the booking form can stay in the centre. No additional guests can stay unless agreed with management.
All guests are asked to have consideration for other guests and behave in a respectful manner while staying in the Centre. Please note no alcohol is permitted to be brought into the rooms, non compliance may result in you and your party being asked to leave.
Children are the responsibility of their parents and guardians and must be supervised at all times. Parents and Guardians who do not comply may be asked to leave the Centre.
We will not be held liable for injury to person, or damage to any property of any Customer or person staying/visiting the Centre and or its general facilities and area unless caused by the negligence of us, or our employees. Any luggage or personal belongings are the responsibility of guests. Cars left in the car park are parked at your own risk.
Clare Lodge is not responsible for the content of external websites.
We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, for any items discovered missing after you depart or for the cost of the room for any period for which it is considered un-usable due to damage
For the comfort and benefit of our guests Clare Lodge is a strictly no smoking establishment. We have an enclosed seated area outside for those who wish to smoke. Should you choose to ignore this policy, an additional £50.00 can be added to your bill and you may be asked to leave.
Room keys must be left at reception upon departure; if they are lost you may be charged £10.00 for a replacement
Guests are advised to bring additional Towels to take to the beach. Bedroom towels cannot be removed from the Centre.
We reserve the right to cancel any stay or booking found to be in violation of our terms and conditions, behaving in an anti-social manner or in any way that interferes with the privacy or relaxation of the others guest.
Any data collected as a result of your booking will be stored in accordance with the provisions of current Data Protection Legislation
