Cakes by Clodagh Christmas Charity Treat Box Fundraiser

The summary

Cakes by Clodagh is a small Kildare-based bakery that will be hosting a Christmas charity fundraiser during December 2026.

A limited number of Christmas Treat Boxes containing festive cupcakes and cookies will be available for pre-order, with profits donated to two local charities, including St Vincent de Paul.

In addition to treat box sales, local businesses and individuals will be invited to support the fundraiser through donations and sponsorship. The aim is to raise funds for local charitable causes while bringing the community together during the Christmas season.

The fundraiser will be promoted through Cakes by Clodagh social media channels and local business networks.

I have chosen St Vincent de Paul because of the vital support the organisation provides to individuals and families experiencing poverty and hardship throughout Ireland, particularly during the Christmas period when many households face additional financial pressures. I would like this fundraiser to help support SVP's important work within local communities.

I aim to fundraise for just two local charities with the profits and donations made being split equally. KWWSPCA has already agreed to participate in the fundraiser.
