At Ozanam House in Bundoran, your support helps older people enjoy safe, assisted living while maintaining their independence. Residents enjoy Irish dancing, favourite songs, films, games and sharing old family photographs. These everyday activities create friendship, connection and a sense of community. Your kindness also supports Meals on Wheels, helping people remain in their own homes for longer.
At Newbridge Day Care Centre, your support brings generations together. Manager Kathleen’s grandfather was a client when the centre opened in 1991, and today she helps provide the same sense of community to others. Around 20 people visit each day, with meals, activities and companionship helping combat loneliness. Young volunteers also contribute, creating lasting connections.
