Consultation on a Working Age Payment and Tiered Child Payment to the Department of Social Protection

SVP responded to DSP's consultation on introducing a second-tier child benefit payment to reduce child poverty and a reform of social protection through the introduction of a working age payment model. Potentially this will be the greatest reform of Social Protection in decades. It has the potential to reduce poverty and to encourage flexible work.
