SVP Submission to Government’s National Housing Plan 2025-2030

We prepared a submission to the Department of Housing, Heritage, and Local Government on the Government’s National Housing Strategy 2025-2030. We set out our vision for the housing sector as well as our member’s experiences of supporting low-income households affected by homelessness and housing insecurity. We also outline how the new housing plan must not only examine how we can increase the number of homes being built for current and future demand, it must also address the issues that currently exist, leading to thousands of individuals, families and children being negatively affected.
