At SVP, we believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. The SVP Education and Training Bursary Fund provides crucial financial support to students who would otherwise struggle to access or remain in third-level education or vocational training. By funding an SVP Education Bursary, your company can create lasting change in the lives of individuals, their families and their communities.
For the academic year 2022/2023, 1,115 students received assistance of approx. €1600 each, with SVP spending over €1.5m, with demand increasing each year.
Too many talented and hardworking individuals are forced to abandon their education due to financial barriers. With your company’s support, we can provide essential funding for accommodation, food, books, IT resources, and other necessary expenses that grants and personal finances may not fully cover.
