Welcome to Social Justice
A key part of the mission of the SVP is to work for Social Justice. Our members work closely with many people in our society who still suffer from poverty and social exclusion. We use that ‘From-The-Ground-Up’ experience to lobby for practical changes in Government social policy; changes that make a real difference to people's everyday lives. We actively participate in Social Partnership and use our influence to try and bring about a fairer and more just society for all. We also use the members’ experience to inform our Submissions including our annual Pre-Budget Submission to Government, and our Media work.
