OFC Manager - Claremorris (Permanent Full Time)

Location: Claremorris, Co. Mayo

Salary range: €43,316 per annum

The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit a Order Fulfillment Centre Manager to join our Warehouse division in OFC West Region, Co. Mayo. This role is permanent full time contractThe purpose of this role is to manage the Order Fulfilment Centre (OFC) facility, overseeing a team of employees, CE participants, TUS workers, and volunteers, in line with relevant employment legislation. The role also ensures that the OFC operations and fleet are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the collection, sorting, and distribution of donated goods across the Region’s Vincent’s shops (13 currently) and some locations outside the region, as well as maintaining an effective in-stock service by product category to fulfil stock orders.
Liase with all shop managers to ensure needs are met and full record keeping of all stock movements. Engage with an EPOS system to efficiently monitor pick ups and sales at each location. All duties must be carried out efficiently and in full compliance with the Society’s retail standards, applicable legislation, and SVP policy and ethos.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

Qualifications
Leaving Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or BSc in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desirable)

Experience
3–5 years managing a warehouse, distribution, and logistics function within a complex environment
• Experience managing warehouse and fleet operations in line with Health & Safety requirements
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs regularly
• Experience in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Knowledge
Understanding of Health & Safety and Fleet Management legislation
• Awareness of the Society’s mission and values
• Understanding of the issues faced by disadvantaged individuals and communities
