    To provide generalist support to the HR Retail team and contribute to the continued development of the HR function. To provide a high-quality HR service to the National Retail Manager, Regional Retail Managers, OFC Managers, Employees and potential employees of Retail Services.

    The HR Generalist’s role will include employee relations, recruitment and selection, induction and probation, performance management, and ensure legal compliance and best practice across the retail services.

    The successful applicant will possess the following:

    • The job holder should ideally be educated to degree level in a related discipline and be CIPD qualified.  
    • Good working knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland is essential 
    • 3 + years’ experience in a similar role is essential across all major functions to include but not limited to employee relations, recruitment & selection, employee development, performance management, communications, and compensation & benefits is essential. 
    • Experience of retail operations would be desirable.  
    • Persuasive communication skills - ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
    • An ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and to manage on-going working relationships and work plans.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills in interpersonal situations both internally and external to the organisation can demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, tact.
    • Excellent numerical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Project management skills would be an advantage 
    • Positive attitude
