The summary

Croí na Gaillimhe is a St Vincent de Paul Resource Centre providing programmes and a social outlet for those who are socially isolated or at risk of social isolation. Our flagship Lunch & Social Club provides an outlet for our clients to meet twice weekly for lunch and also provides an essential social space for them to engage in activities such as word games, quiz time and bingo. We also invite in guest speakers and facilitators to give workshops on fall awareness, mental health, positive ageing, healthy eating and other activities such as podcasting, story telling and music. This Christmas please support the Galway Mayo Roscommon Annual appeal to assist us provide the essential social engagement programmes and activities our clients greatly benefit from.
