St Oliver Plunkett Belfast Conference covers a wide area, consisting mainly of Social Housing and the majority of residents are receiving benefits.
With everyone's benefits moving to Universal Credit people are having to endure hardship for the five week delay in the new benefit reaching their bank account, thus St Oliver Plunkett has to give assistance to more than the normal amount of households. This will increase in the winter / Christmas period. We would be very grateful for every penny / cent that can be donated.
