St Vincent de Paul in Action Public Service Obligation Levy increase worse than that proposed in June.

The Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) says the increase in the 2014/2015 Public Service Obligation Levy (PSO) on electricity bills announced by CER today (28 July 2014) is even greater than proposed by the Regulator just two months ago.
